At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
